How far in advance should I book?
For a wedding, ideally 2 to 6 months ahead, especially for weekends in December and August. For a birthday or dinner, 2 to 3 weeks is often enough. For funeral flowers we do our best even at short notice: call us.
How do I book my date?
After your request we send you a detailed proposal. Your date is secured as soon as we receive the deposit.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Orange Money), bank transfer and cash. The balance is due on the set-up day at the latest.
Are set-up and take-down included?
Yes. Our team sets up before your guests arrive and comes back to take everything down after the event, at a time agreed with you and the venue.
Do you work outside Yaoundé?
Yes, anywhere in Cameroon. Transport and team travel costs are added to the quote.
Do you use fresh or artificial flowers?
Both, depending on your budget and the look you want. Fresh flowers are chosen by season; quality artificial flowers are ideal for long days in full sun.
Can I hire equipment only (chairs, linen, tableware)?
Yes, we hire out tableware, glassware, linen, chair covers, vases and structures. List what you need in your quote request.
Can you deliver funeral flowers on the same day?
Whenever possible, yes, in Yaoundé. Call or WhatsApp us directly for an urgent order.
Can I see a setting before booking?
We share photos of our work that match your style and, if needed, arrange a meeting to discuss it with samples.
